St. Vincent was the first island Captain Bligh visited in the Caribbean on his voyage.
St. Vincent has a population of 130,000 people. The main agricultural crops for production are cassava, eddoe, dasheen yam and sweet potato.
Our work in St. Vincent is still just beginning, however, we greatly enjoyed working with the Island Jem breadfruit flour team and seeing how they operate!
